About the Foundation
Benny Labs Foundation Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit public charity founded and led by Benny Goldstein. Its mission is to advance the public good through research, invention and education across technology and the creative fields.
Who our work is for
Our public digital resources are intended for people exploring technology, creators, students, developers and independent inventors. Our research explanations also welcome readers and specialists interested in how a proposed invention works.
The current public activities include original AI cost and invention-evaluation guides, a browser-based cost calculator and openly readable invention explanations. Research, education and public benefit
The Foundation explores ideas that could make technology more useful and accessible, and shares public explanations so people can learn from that work. Research-stage projects are identified as concepts or projects in development.
A patent application or concept illustration is not proof of a finished product, validated performance or clinical benefit. Workshops and awards are educational aims; dates and participation terms will be published when an actual program is announced.
Current income and research-support model
As of October 16, 2026, Benny Labs Foundation receives no project revenue, licensing income, commissions or referral fees from Penny Owl, Voco, Newhab, ThermalCore or Lion Brain. The guides and calculator on this site are free; reading them does not require a purchase or a visit to an outside project website.
Our stated research-support model aims to let inventors retain ownership and allows project-specific, capped returns to support the Foundation’s charitable research and education mission. This describes an intended collaboration model, not a claim of current project income, completed funding awards or a financial report. Actual arrangements depend on the project.
Links to outside project websites provide context. Those sites may describe their own commercial, investment or product activities. Their terms and current offerings must be checked on those sites. The Foundation’s no-project-income disclosure above does not describe the finances of outside operators.
